A personalised consultation may be required before we can provide an exact quote, particularly for major colour changes, colour corrections and hair extension services.

Colour & Skin Sensitivity

New colour clients, or clients who have experienced previous sensitivities or reactions, may be asked to complete a skin sensitivity test before their colour appointment.

Please let our team know about any allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions when booking.

Results & Hair History

Colour and service results will vary depending on your hair’s condition, previous colour history and home-care routine.

For the best possible outcome, please provide your stylist with an accurate hair history during your consultation and follow the recommended professional home-care advice.

No-Show / Late Cancellation

$30

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, a $30 no-show fee will apply. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
