All service prices listed on our website are a guide only. Final pricing may vary depending on your hair’s length, thickness, condition and colour history, as well as the products and time required to complete your service.

A personalised consultation may be required before we can provide an exact quote, particularly for major colour changes, colour corrections and hair extension services.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, a $30 no-show fee will apply.

This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

A consultation is required before booking selected hair extension services.

A deposit may also be required to secure your appointment and order the hair.

Any deposit and cancellation conditions will be explained during your consultation.

New colour clients, or clients who have experienced previous sensitivities or reactions, may be asked to complete a skin sensitivity test before their colour appointment.

Please let the SSH Hair team know about any allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions when booking.
